Annual Report 2000/2001 Report on the Audit of the Accounts of the Accounts the Monetary Authority of Singapore for the Year Ended 31 March 2001 The accounts of the Monetary Authority of Singapore set out on pages 77 to 87 have been examined under my direction and in accordance with the provisions of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Chapter 186, 1999 Revised Edition). I have obtained all the information and explanations I have required. In my opinion, the accompanying accounts show fairly the state of affairs of the Authority as at 31 March 2001 and the financial transactions of the Authority for the year ended on that date.
