The Corporate Services Department is responsible for aligning our resources in logistics, events management, security, property and building-related matters to support MAS organisational and business needs. Individuals need to have strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organising skills and be able to work effectively with people at all levels.
The Currency Department is responsible for issuing the Singapore currency and in ensuring the high integrity, security, quality and availability of the currency. We oversee the project management and administration of our national payment system, MAS Electronic Payment System (MEPS+), as well as the Singapore Clearing House Association and Automated Clearing House. In addition, we drive retail payment initiatives to promote chequeless and cashless payments. Individuals need to have high degree of integrity, strong interpersonal skills and innovativeness. For payments, good knowledge of payment systems and project management skills is preferred.
The Human Resource Department formulates and implements MAS' human resource management policies and initiatives on compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee and industrial relations, and manpower planning. We are also responsible for attracting and retaining talent through a fair performance appraisal system, a competitive remuneration package, as well as in developing these talents to the fullest potential.
