Company offering financial advisory services without a MAS' licence

MAS has added Don Tombia Herbert Investment Ltd to the Investor Alert List on 6 November 2008. We have received information that the company may be offering financial advisory services relating to restructuring of the Lehman minibond notes programme. Don Tombia Herbert Investment Ltd is neither licensed nor exempt to carry out financial services in Singapore.
