MAS Seminar for Pre-University Economics Teachers/Students

This is an annual seminar for pre-university economics teachers, aimed at providing some insight into the theoretical and practical considerations of economic policies in Singapore and other economic issues of interest. Through this seminar series, we hope that the teaching of economics in schools can be made more interesting and relevant to the Singapore economy. The inaugural seminar was held on 22 Sep 99 at the MAS. DPM Lee Hsien Loong, Chairman of the MAS, delivered the opening remarks.
