Corporate Governance of Listed Companies
The Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") and the Singapore Exchange Ltd ("SGX") have taken over oversight of corporate governance of listed companies with effect from 1 September 2007. This move clarifies and streamlines responsibilites for corporate governance matters for listed companies, bringing it under the sectoral regulator.
