Directives to Merchant Banks
Declaration of Bank Holidays
17(1) The Authority, may at any time by notice in the Gazette, declare any day or days to be a bank holiday or holidays.
(2) No merchant bank shall do any business without the approval of the Authority on any day declared a bank holiday under Directive 17(1).
(3) This Directive is subject to any written law relating to public holidays.
