22(1) No liability is incurred by -

a) |
any public officer; |
|
b) |
any person appointed under Directive 14(2) to advise a merchant bank in the proper conduct of its business; or |
|
c) |
any person who has assumed control of the business of a merchant bank pursuant to a direction or order of the Authority under Directive 14(2); |
as a result of anything done by him bona fide in the exercise of any power, or the performance of any function or duty, conferred or imposed by or under The Monetary Authority of Singapore Act.
