MONETARY AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE ACT, CAP 186

WITHHOLDING TAX ON NCDS DENOMINATED IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES

1.       This Notice is issued pursuant to section 28 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186).

2.       MAS Notice 1009 on "Withholding Tax on NCDs Denominated in Foreign Currencies" dated 1 November 1985 is hereby cancelled.
