Approved Transactions Under Section 29(2)(e)

1       This Notice is issued pursuant to section 55 of the Banking Act (Cap. 19).

2       MAS Notice 629 on “Approved Transactions Under Section 29(2)(e)” dated 4 January 2006 is hereby cancelled with effect from 11 June 2007.
