In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2003, the Deputy Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2. The Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2003 shall come into operation on 22nd December 2003.
