SURVEY OF MEDICAL INSURANCE PRODUCTS
With the increasing demand for health insurance, the Department would like to keep track of the development of this class of business. The purpose of this survey is to find out the type of medical insurance products currently available and insurers' future plans for new or revised products. Insurers are also required to submit two copies of the policy contract and marketing materials for each medical plan and the premium rates of rating basis currently used. The results of the survey will be kept confidential.
2 Please complete the 7-page survey and submit a soft copy as an attachment by 19 Jan 2001 to the following email address : id@mas.gov.sg.
