In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2003, the Deputy Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2. The Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2003 shall, with the exception of section 56(e), (g) and (h), come into operation on 22nd December 2003.
