SECURITIES AND FUTURES (CANCELLATION OF NOTIFICATION) ORDER 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 343 (3) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Deputy Prime Minister, Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Cancellation of Notification) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2002.
Cancellation
2. The Notification made under the Companies Act relating to exemptions under section 213 (15) (Cap. 50, N 3) is cancelled.
