ORDER 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 272 (a) of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.   This Order may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Recognised Securities Exchange) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2002.

Recognised securities exchanges

2.   The Authority hereby declares the corporations set out in the Schedule to be recognised securities exchanges for the purposes of Subdivision (4) of Division 1 of Part XIII of the Act.
