Details of the Financial Sector Incentive Scheme to be announced in February 2003

Singapore, 29 November 2002 - The Minister for Finance, during his Budget Speech on 3 May 2002, announced the implementation of the Financial Sector Incentive Scheme (FSI).  Following consultations with financial sector players, the government is in the process of formulating the details of the FSI.  The final details of the scheme would be released in February 2003.
