MAS Lecture 2004 Cancelled

12 July 2004, Singapore - The MAS Lecture, scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14 July 2004, is cancelled.

We have been informed that this year's speaker, Dr Zhou Xiaochuan, Governor of the People's Bank of China, has cancelled his trip to Singapore.
