Joint statement by MAS, SIC, ACRA and CAD

JADE TECHNOLOGIES HOLDINGS LTD (THE "COMPANY")

Singapore, 11 June 2008...The Securities Industry Council (SIC) has concluded hearings into possible breaches of the Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers arising from the general offer for the Company by Asia Pacific Links Ltd. The SIC will deliberate on the findings and issue further statements after its deliberation.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) have completed their reviews into possible breaches of the Securities and Futures Act and the Companies Act, respectively. MAS and ACRA have referred their findings to the Commercial Affairs Department, which is currently investigating the matter.
