To improve communication and enhance our organisational effectiveness, we set about to:   • Design and implement communication and change management workshops for management staff. • Organise personal development plans as a follow-up to the 360-degree feedback exercise. • Focus on initiatives such as improving organisational planning and work processes to optimise human ressource allocation. • Encourage external attachments for staff. • Organise staff lunches to facilitate better interaction.
