I want to raise a dispute against a financial instituition

Financial institutions regulated by MAS have processes to resolve consumer disputes. If you have a dispute with a financial institution, please contact the financial institution directly. You may also refer to our frequently asked questions for more information on how you can resolve your dispute with your financial institution.

I want to file a report for regulatory breach or misconduct

As a financial services sector regulator, MAS supervises financial institutions for compliance with MAS’ laws and regulatory instruments. You should only file a report with MAS if you suspect that a financial institution or its representative has committed a regulatory breach or misconduct.

I want to submit a whistleblowing report

MAS whistleblowing provides a channel for individuals to report any observed misconduct or improprieties that are committed by MAS’ staff.

You can submit a whistleblowing report using the Deloitte whistleblowing channel

This independent channel seeks to provide reassurance to whistleblowers that they will not be subject to any discrimination, retaliation or harassment.

Alternatively, you can email your concern to MAS@tipoffs.com.sg  that is managed by Deloitte.
