MAS welcomes fresh graduates with little (less than 1.5 years) or no working experience as Associates under our Graduate Officer Programme. The Programme offers you the opportunity to gain unrivalled insights into the financial services industry. |

Your Career @ MAS |

We invest heavily in the personal and professional development of our Graduate Officers. You will be assigned to a specific department on appointment. We will start you off with a 4-week comprehensive foundation programme geared towards providing you with a broad perspective of the Authority’s functions and a solid foundation for your professional career in MAS. |

You will build knowledge in your functional area and learn self-management in your first 2-3 years. Good performers will be stretched with assignments to lead small teams or project work from around your 3rd year. |

As you progress further, you can look forward to take on more senior professional responsibilities and develop strategic thinking and change management skills to be experts / peer leaders in your professional fields. You may also be rotated to different departments for more varied experiences. |

The Candidate |

Qualities that we seek include integrity, analytical ability, communication skills, enterprise, leadership, team-player qualities and the potential to grow with the organisation. |

We look for outstanding graduates (at least a Second Upper Honours degree) with well-rounded backgrounds and personalities, as well as a track record of excellence in any field. We value diversity and do not have a preference for any particular discipline. Our graduate officers have read subjects ranging from English Literature and Geography to Computer Science and Engineering. What matters is that you must have a genuine interest to make an impact on the economic and financial development of Singapore and build a career with us. |

Select Process |

The Graduate Officer Scheme is an important aspect of our overall recruitment strategy. Its importance is reflected in the rigor of the selection process and the attention given by our management. |

Shortlisted applicants will go through four stages of assessments: (1) questionnaire form; (2) group discussion and interview with HR Managers; (3) psychometric test; and (4) panel interview with management members. |
| • |
The successful candidate will be assigned to a specific department based on his/her aptitude and interest, as well as the available vacancies within MAS. |
