REGISTER OF REPRESENTATIVES

The MAS Register of Representatives [the "Register"] is a public record of individuals who conduct regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289) ["SFA"] and provide financial advisory services under the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) ["FAA"], the fact of which has been notified to MAS.

The Register contains information of notified  persons, including those who were previously licensed as a representative under the SFA and FAA or persons exempt from holding a representative's licence [excluding representatives of persons exempted under section 99(1)(h) of the SFA and section 23(1)(f) of the FAA] and were regarded as appointed representatives as at 26 November 2010.
