Enhanced Business Continuity Management

Over the year, MAS has completed the review of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) which drives the priorities and strategies for managing continuity and recovery in a disaster. Departments have also updated their business continuity plans containing essential information for them to respond, resume and restore operational services in a disruption. To familiarise staff on MAS’ crisis management process during an emergency, an internal Operations Centre crisis management exercise and several enterprise-wide notification exercises were conducted over the year.
