As such, we recruit graduates from all disciplines (with the exception of Medicine, Dentistry, and Architecture).
We do not have requirements on degree classification, nor do we have a preference for any particular discipline.

Who is Eligible
MAS welcomes graduates with less than 1 year or no working experience to apply for the Graduate Officer (GO) Scheme.
Undergraduates who are currently studying in their final year can also apply for our GO Scheme, even before their graduation.
We are open to both local students as well as students studying overseas.

1. What is the hiring process like for Graduate Officers?
The Graduate Officer (GO) scheme is an important aspect of our overall recruitment strategy. This is reflected in the rigour of the recruitment process and the attention given by the senior management. The successful candidate will be assigned to a specific department based on the available vacancies within MAS, assessed aptitudes and his/her expressed area of interest.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a group discussion. They will be provided a case challenge and successful candidates will be invited for a panel interview with the departments of their choice.

The MAS Graduate Officer Scheme is open throughout the year and successful candidates will join us as soon as they are available. We welcome undergraduates who are currently in their final semester to apply for the Graduate Officer Scheme, even before their graduation.
