As such, we recruit graduates from all disciplines (with the exception of Medicine, Dentistry, and Architecture).
We do not have requirements on degree classification, nor do we have a preference for any particular discipline.

Who is Eligible
MAS welcomes graduates with less than 1 year or no working experience to apply for the Graduate Officer (GO) positions.
Undergraduates who are currently studying in their final year also apply for our GO positions, even before their graduation.
We are open to both local students as well as students studying overseas.

1. What is the hiring process like for Graduate Officers?
The Graduate Officer (GO) scheme is an important aspect of our overall recruitment strategy. This is reflected in the rigor of the recruitment process and the attention given by the senior management. The successful candidate will be assigned to a specific department based on the available vacancies within MAS, assessed aptitudes and his/her expressed area of interest.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a group discussion. They will be provided a case challenge and successful candidates will be invited for a panel interview with the departments of their choice.

2. Is there a closing period for the Graduation Officer Scheme?
The MAS GO Scheme is open from August 2023 to February 2024 and successful candidates will join us as soon as they are available.
Undergraduates who are currently studying in their final semester could go ahead to apply for our GO positions, even before their graduation.
3. How long is the probation period?
The probation period is 6 months. You will be considered for emplacement to Grade 13 at the 12 month mark.
