Expected deliverables for the project As a front designer, you will work with our scrum team to influence product and design decisions. This will involve having good interpersonal skills, sharp analytical mind, and astute design judgment. You will work closely with our designers, engineers, and product manager to continuously deliver features for transforming user experience and improving internal work efficiency.

Project 2: Product Development Executive

Description of project

Under the TEDA Programme, you will be part of an exciting product management team that is responsible for the successful delivery of enterprise grade data science products in MAS. You will get deep exposure to product management and agile concepts during the course of work. In addition, you are directly contributing towards the success of key products’ delivery by participating in a suite of activities specified in our go to market plan.

Expected deliverables for the project - Support definition of data science product requirements
- Support delivery of key project artifacts such as user stories and sprintboards
- Support the creation of product materials such as product launch videos and user guides
- Ensure products’ compliance with existing ICT governance processes

Project 3: Visual/UI Designer For Transformation Hub
Department Organisation Development & Communications Department
Description of project

Under the TEDA program, you will be part of the Transformation Division Hub for Agile Product Management and Design (TD Hub). In this role, you will be responsible for visualisation and prototyping of concepts for product teams working with TD Hub. The role will also be responsible for supporting the devlopment of MAS digital visual identity, including the creation and maintenance of corporate templates and brand materials. 

Expected deliverables for the project Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Activities
• Assist in collaborating with teams to develop basic visual design concepts and prototypes
• Help in maintaining the organization's design system, ensuring consistency across various touchpoints under supervision
• Contribute to the creation and updating of corporate templates and brand materials to maintain consistent branding
• Support the development of the design system, focusing on basic visual design and usability components, and assist product teams in adopting the design system and processes with guidance from senior team members

Project 4: Enhancing MAS Design System and Front-End Development for Transformation Hub
Department Organisation Development & Communications Department
Description of project

Under the TEDA Programme, you will be part of the Design System Product Team to bridge the gap between visual design, user experience design, and front-end development. You will need to engage and collaborate with product teams in MAS, to support their adoption of the design system.

Expected deliverables for the project

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Activities:
• Assist in front-end development work and aligning the design system framework to support UI design, under the guidance of visual/UI and UX designers
• Support the documentation and organization of the design system, ensuring it is accessible to all teams
• Work alongside front-end developers to learn and understand UI design standards and their alignment with front-end development standards
• Assist in updating and improving the design system based on user feedback and emerging technologies under supervision

Project 5: MAS-FI Transactions Platform – Design
Department Corporate Finance & Consumer Department
Description of project

Under the TEDA Programme, you will work with the Tech Products team working on MAS-FI Transaction Platform. The MAS-FI Transactions Platform is a single touchpoint for FIs when interacting with the MAS. There are 2 squads looking at different products: 
- Dashboard for FIs to manage all their ongoing inspection, supervisory, and grant-related submissions and discussions with MAS; and  
- Dashboard for MAS officers to process FI submissions more efficiently 

Expected deliverables for the project

UI/UX designer. Candidate will work closely with product manager to identify possible design gaps, research ideas through desktop research and user interviews, and testing of prototypes. Can be degree or diploma holder but must be familiar with Figma and have done statistical modules

What you can expect to do on a day-to-day basis:
- Own design problems throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery to iterative improvement 
- Develop a deep understanding of 1 of 2 user groups of the platform and the distinct value that the platform is bringing to that group 
- Work closely with the product manager and software engineers to bring the platform and its features to delivery within given timelines 
- Propose and create designs that can deliver the intended value of the platform and meet the outcomes and KPIs set for the platform 
- Produce artifacts that provide the right level of detail for its intended use, including mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, and user guides 
- Propose and develop product prototypes that users can interact with and facilitate clear communication of product ideas. The ideal candidate should be willing to accept that up to half these prototypes may not eventually be built. 
- Run weekly user tests to quickly validate ideas and designs 
- Provide expertise and advice to the product team on visual and interaction design 
- Develop and communicate design standards and guidelines for transaction applications that are to be linked to the platform 
- Ensure designs are in line with MAS enterprise-wide design guidelines
