The theme for SFF 2023 is 'The Applications of AI in Financial Services'. SFF 2023 examined how technologies such as AI and Web3, and digital public goods, can help to accelerate:
- The transition to a low-carbon future
- The re-imagining of the financial system architecture to better address the needs of the underserved
- Securing of the digital economy against modern climate, technology, and cyber risks
ChatGPT and AI in Finance certificate programme
In partnership with the National University of Singapore Asia Institute for Digital Finance, the ChatGPT and AI in Finance certificate programme will be launched for SFF pass-holders. It will comprise self-paced online classes and feature exclusive industry talks by industry luminaries at the Festival.
SFF Global FinTech Awards
The SFF Global FinTech Awards, represent the industry's highest accolade for FinTech innovation. The Awards, supported by PwC Singapore, seek to recognise innovative FinTech solutions by FinTech companies, financial institutions, technology companies, as well as individuals and companies that have been instrumental in creating new growth opportunities, transforming FinTech industry practices and promoting financial inclusion.
The eighth edition of the Singapore FinTech Festival came to a close on 17 November 2023, drawing a record 66,000 participants, up from 62,000 attendees in 2022.
