The Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Awards ceremony recognises individuals and financial institutions for their professional excellence and contributions to the development of Singapore’s financial sector and its workforce.

IBF presented the following awards during the ceremony:

• The "IBF Inspire Award" recognises financial institutions which have embraced skills development as an integral part of their business proposition and have implemented relevant initiatives to help employees remain relevant and meet the changing demands of jobs in the industry.
• "IBF Fellows" are titles conferred upon industry specialists and veterans who have demonstrated mastery of a profession and exemplify thought leadership and commitment to industry development. Industry leaders who are champions of change, progressive and have demonstrated commitment to advance the industry are conferred the “IBF Distinguished Fellow Award”.
