Sets out the notice of appeal for an appellant who is aggrieved by the refusal of the registration of a business trust under the BTA.

The appellant can submit the form to the “Secretary to the Appeal Advisory Panel” to the address, 10 Shenton Way, MAS Building, Singapore 079117.  Alternatively, it can be submitted via electronic mail to “AAP_Secretariat@mas.gov.sg” in a single password-protected zip file, stating the appellant’s contact numbers in the email. The Appeal Advisory Panel Secretariat will contact the appellant for the password. The file extension needs to be “.zip” and the appellant may use 7zip or winzip.
