Form E - Notice of Commencement of Insurance Broking Business

Form for exempt insurance brokers to notify MAS of commencement of their insurance broking business. To be submitted no later than 14 days after the commencement of business.
Applies to: Exempt Insurance Broker

Financial institutions should complete and submit the form online via MAS-Tx . After submission, FIs may view a record of their submission under "All Transactions" in MAS-Tx.
