Guidelines on the Register of Participants and Sending Accounts and Reports to Participants

Guidelines for approved trustees on maintaining a register of participants, and the sending of regular accounts and reports to participants.

These guidelines apply to approved trustees. They cover requirements for:

  • Approved trustees to maintain an up-to-date register of participants who have legal ownership of units in a collective investment scheme.
  • Particulars of participants to be contained in the register.
  • Sending of semi-annual and annual reports and accounts to participants.
