Guidelines on Scope of Regulation [TCA-G04]
These guidelines set out the scope of trust business activities and provides examples of what MAS considers to be:
- Creation of an express trust, or arranging for any person to act as a trustee.
- Providing trust administration services for an express trust.
- Procedural and non-discretionary trust administrative services.
