Notice 3203 Technology Risk Management [Cancelled]
Requirements on technology risk management for money-changing or remittance licensees.
Money-changing and Remittance Businesses Act (Cap. 187) section 33
This notice applies to all money-changing and remittance licensees in Singapore. It sets out requirements for a high level of reliability, availability and recoverability of critical IT systems, and for money-changing and remittance licensees to implement IT controls to protect customer information from unauthorised access or disclosure.
