Securities and Futures (Offers of Investments) (Disapplication of Division 2 of Part XIII) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 161/2009)

Sets out the information that provisions relating to collective investment schemes (Div 2 of Part XIII of the SFA) shall not apply to offers of debentures or any derivatives in respect of any debentures of a real estate investment trust.
