Financial Advisers (Appeals) Regulations

Sets out the composition of the Appeal Advisory Panel and Appeal Advisory Committee and how the appeal process is carried out.

The appellant can submit Form 1 (253.9 KB) and Form 2 (292.2 KB) to the “Secretary to the Appeal Advisory Panel” to the address, 10 Shenton Way, MAS Building, Singapore 079117.

 

Form 1 can alternatively be submitted via electronic mail to “AAP_Secretariat@mas.gov.sg” in a single password-protected zip file, stating the appellant’s contact numbers in the email. The Appeal Advisory Panel Secretariat will contact the appellant for the password. The file extension needs to be “.zip” and the appellant may use 7zip or winzip.
