Monetary Authority of Singapore (Resolution of Financial Institutions) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 714/2018)

This sets out regulations pursuant to section 126 of the Monetary of Singapore Act in relation to the resolution of financial institutions such as the – compulsory transfer of business; reverse transfer of business and onward transfer of business; information in certificates; bail-in powers; termination rights; compensation.
