Oliver started his career with McKinsey & Company in New York. Later, he moved to their offices in Germany. In 1998, he took over McKinsey’s German insurance practice. In 2003, he became Director in charge of the firm’s European insurance and asset management sector. Oliver joined the Board of Management of Allianz SE in 2008 as Global Chief Operating Officer. In September 2009, he took over the Chief Financial Officer position. Effective January 2013 he became responsible for Insurance Western & Southern Europe and Global P&C markets. On May 6, 2015 he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Management. Oliver studied business administration at University of Cologne and holds a MBA from the NYU, Leonard Stern School of Business. He is also Assistant Professor at the University of Cologne, for Insurance and Capital Markets.

Under Mr. Jing's leadership, Ant Group has evolved from a mobile payment pioneer to a globally recognized open platform for digitalization, through continuous technological innovation in a comprehensive collaborative ecosystem. Currently, the company is advancing AI-driven inclusive digital financial services, digital healthcare services, and other digital technology offerings for billions of consumers and small businesses worldwide.

Mr. Jing serves as a board member at the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders Foundation and a Patron of Nature at the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and a Member of The Nature Conservancy’s Asia Pacific Council(TNC). He also held high-level advisory roles at various prominent international institutions, including the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and UN Secretary-General’s Digital Financing Taskforce .

Mr. Jing completed his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1994. He subsequently earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, U.S. in 2005. He was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2026.

Prior to that, Mr Ge served as Executive Vice Governor of Hebei Province from November 2021 to March 2023, and Vice Governor of Hebei Province from September 2019 to November 2021.

Prior to that, Mr Ge served successively as Deputy General Manager and Executive Director of China Everbright Group Ltd, and Executive Director and President of China Everbright Bank. He had held various positions in Agricultural Bank of China, including Deputy General Manager of Dalian Branch, General Manager of Singapore Branch, Deputy General Manager (department general manager level) of the International Banking Department of Head Office, and General Manager of Heilongjiang Branch.

Mr Ge obtained a Doctor’s Degree in Management from Nanjing Agricultural University, a Master’s Degree in Economics from Jilin University, and a double Bachelor's Degree in Law and in Economics from Liaoning University. He holds the qualifications of Senior Economist and International Business Engineer, and also serves as the Chairman of China International Finance Society, as well as a Member of the International Advisory Panel (IAP) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Prior to founding BlackRock in 1988, Mr. Fink was a member of the Management Committee and a Managing Director of The First Boston Corporation.

He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of New York University (NYU) and the World Economic Forum, and is Co-Chairman of the NYU Langone Medical Center Board of Trustees. In addition, he serves on the boards of the Museum of Modern Art, the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Rescue Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing and on the Executive Committee of the Partnership for New York City.

Mr. Fink earned an MBA with a concentration in real estate from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1976 and a BA in political science from UCLA in 1974.

Mr. Gray currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Hilton Worldwide. He also serves on the board of Harlem Village Academies. Mr. Gray and his wife, Mindy, established the Basser Center for BRCA at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine focused on the prevention and treatment of BRCA related cancers. They also established NYC Kids RISE in partnership with the City of New York to accelerate college savings for low income children.

Mr. Gray received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, as well as a BA in English from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr Lemierre has a long and recognised career in international finance. In the 1980s he held various posts within the French Tax Administration, including Head of Tax Legislation and Director General of Taxes. In May 1995, he was appointed Chief of Cabinet of the French Ministry of Economy and Finances and become Head of Treasury in October later that year. Before being appointed at the helm of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in 2000, he was a member of the European Monetary Committee (1995-1998), President of the European Economic and Financial Committee (1999-2000) and Chairman of the Paris Club (1999-2000). He served as President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development until 2008. In 2009, Mr Lemierre became a member of the International Advisory Council of the China Investment Corporation (CIC) and the International Advisory Council of the China Development Bank (CDB). He was Senior Advisor to the Chairman of BNP Paribas between 1 September 2008 and 30 November 2014.

Mr Lemierre graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Paris) and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He also holds a degree in Law.

Prior to becoming President in March of 2022, Robin was Vice Chair and CEO of Global Market Infrastructure, where he oversaw BNY’s Clearance and Collateral Management, Treasury Services, Markets and Execution Services and Pershing businesses.

Before joining BNY in October of 2020, Robin was a member of the Management Committee and longtime partner at Goldman Sachs. He started his career there as an analyst in 1994 and held many leadership roles across the firm including Head of Global Money Markets, Chief Risk Officer, Treasurer, Head of Operations, COO of the EMEA region and CEO of Goldman Sachs International Bank, among others.

Robin serves on the boards of the OpenAI Foundation and OpenAI Group PBC. He is a member of National Geographic Society's Hubbard Council, serves on the Board of Trustees of the Hospital for Special Surgery and serves as an inaugural member of the Board of Directors for the Perelman Performing Arts Center. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable, the Business Council, the Bank Policy Institute, the Partnership for New York City, the Financial Services Forum and the International Advisory Board of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Robin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham in the U.K. and has lived for many years in London, Paris and New York, where he and his family reside.

Prior to his current position, Mr Zhang served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of CCB, Director and General Manager of China Post Group Corporation Limited (previously China Post Group Corporation), Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd., Executive Director of China Everbright Group and Executive Director and President of China Everbright Bank, and Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Bank of China.

Mr Zhang is a certified public accountant and senior accountant. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Economics from Xiamen University in 1997.

Since becoming CEO in March 2021, Jane has launched a multi-year strategy to transform, simplify and modernize the bank for the digital age. Jane is committed to making Citi the preeminent banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs, a global leader in wealth management and a valued personal bank in its home market of the U.S. She was named Chair of the Board in October 2025.

During her over 20-year career at Citi, Jane has held leadership roles across Citi’s consumer and institutional businesses. Before becoming CEO, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank. She also served as Global Head of Strategy and M&A, CEO of Citi’s Private Bank and CEO of Citigroup Latin America, among other leadership roles. Jane joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. 

Jane serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Roundtable, the Council on Foreign Relations, the U.S. Saudi Business Council and the Partnership for New York City. She is Chair of the Financial Services Forum and a member of the Group of Thirty, Monetary Authority of Singapore’s International Advisory Panel, Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board and the Economic Club of New York. Jane has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in economics from Cambridge University. She is married with two children.

He joined Deutsche Bank in 1989. From January until June 2015, he was responsible on the Management Board for Legal, Incident Management Group and Group Audit, and assumed responsibility for Deutsche Bank’s Private & Commercial Bank between July 2015 and April 2018. 

He was Head of Group Audit from June 2013 to December 2014, prior to which he held a number of management positions in Risk. From 2012 to 2013, he was Deputy Chief Risk Officer. From 2010 to 2012, he served as the Bank’s Chief Credit Officer. He has worked in Frankfurt, London, Singapore, Tokyo and Toronto.

From 2005 until 2007, Christian Sewing was a member of the Management Board of Deusche Genossenschafts-Hypothekenbank.

Before graduating with a diploma from the Bankakademie Bielefeld and Hamburg, he completed a bank apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank in 1989.

Ms. Johnson held leadership roles in all major divisions of the business, including investment management, distribution, technology, operations and wealth management before becoming CEO in February 2020. She has led the evolution of the business in recent years, further diversifying the company's investment capabilities and solutions for clients through key strategic acquisitions and investments.

Ms. Johnson has been named to Forbes' “World's 100 Most Powerful Women” list for three consecutive years and has been included on Barron's list of the “100 Most Influential Women in US Finance” every year since the list’s inception in 2020. The Committee for Economic Development, the public policy center of The Conference Board, honored Ms. Johnson with a 2024 Distinguished Leadership Award.

Ms. Johnson serves on the board of directors of Thermo Fisher Scientific and the Investment Company Institute’s Board of Governors. She is a member of the International Advisory Panel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and serves on the NYSE Board Advisory Council. In addition, Ms. Johnson is a board member of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Foundation and Catalyst. Previously, she served as a board member for Stanford’s Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and the San Francisco Giants.

Ms. Johnson earned her B.A. in economics from the University of California at Davis.

Previously, Mr Waldron was Co-Head of the Investment Banking Division (IBD) from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, he was Global Head of Investment Banking Services (IBS)/Client Coverage for IBD and had oversight of the IBS Leadership Group, a group he founded in 2010. Earlier in his career, he was Global Co-Head of the Financial Sponsors Group from 2007 to 2009, Co-Head of Leveraged Finance from 2005 to 2007 and Co-Head of the Media and Entertainment Group in IBD from 2002 to 2005. Mr Waldron joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 and was named Managing Director in 2001 and Partner in 2002.

Mr Waldron is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Trustees Committee of The Lawrenceville School. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City, a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York, Co-Chairman of Youth, I.N.C., and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Mr Elhedery joined HSBC in 2005 as a senior Global Markets executive with extensive trading experience in London, Paris and Tokyo.

He later moved to Dubai and served as Regional Head of Global Markets, Middle East and North Africa (MENA); then as Head of Global Banking & Markets, MENA; and finally as CEO for HSBC, Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye.

Mr Elhedery returned to London to serve as Head of Global Markets in 2019 before taking up the position of Global Co-CEO of Global Banking & Markets in 2020.

Mr Elhedery holds a degree in Engineering from the École Polytechnique in Paris, France, as well as a postgraduate degree in Statistics and Economics from the École Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Économique (ENSAE).

Prior to that, Mr Liao served as Vice Chairman and President of ICBC from March 2021 to February 2024, Executive Director of ICBC from July 2020, and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of ICBC from November 2019 to March 2021.

Mr Liao previously held various positions in China Construction Bank, including Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Branch, General Manager of Ningxia Branch, Hubei Branch and Beijing Branch, Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of the bank.

Mr Liao is a Senior Economist. He graduated from Guangxi Agricultural University, and obtained a Doctorate degree in Management Science from Southwest Jiaotong University. 

Jamie Dimon is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co. 

Mr Dimon became Chairman of the Board, effective January 1, 2007, following his appointment as CEO on January 1, 2006. He also assumed the title of President upon the company’s merger with Bank One Corporation on July 1, 2004. 

Mr Dimon began his professional career at American Express Company, serving as Assistant to the President from 1982 until 1985. He then became a key member of the team that launched and defined the strategy for Commercial Credit Company in October 1986, when the consumer lending company was spun off from Control Data Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President, and then President. A completely restructured Commercial Credit made numerous acquisitions and divestitures, substantially improving its profitability. Most significantly, in 1987, it acquired and changed its name to Primerica Corporation, which in 1993 acquired The Travelers Corporation and was renamed Travelers Group. 

At Travelers, Mr Dimon was President and Chief Operating Officer for seven years. He was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of its Smith Barney Inc. subsidiary in January 1996, having previously been the firm’s Chief Operating and Chief Administrative Officer. In November 1997, with the merger of Smith Barney and Salomon Brothers, he became Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of the combined firm. In 1998, he was named President of Citigroup Inc., the global financial services company formed by the combination of Travelers Group and Citicorp in 1998. In addition, he served as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc., the investment banking and securities brokerage subsidiary. 

In 2000 Mr Dimon was named Chairman and CEO of Bank One. During his four years with the company, he engineered a dramatic turnaround – taking the bank from a half-billion-dollar loss in 2000 to record earnings of $3.5 billion in 2003. 

A summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University, Mr Dimon holds an MBA degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business, where he was a Baker Scholar. He serves on the boards of directors of a number of non-profit institutions, including the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Harvard Business School and the United Negro College Fund. 

Mr Dimon and his wife, Judy, have three daughters.

Prior to joining the Group in August 2018, he spent twenty years at Goldman Sachs where he held a number of senior roles, most recently as Global Head of Market Structure and Global Head of Metals & Mining. During his tenure, he also served as Chief of Staff to Lloyd Blankfein, who was then President and COO of Goldman Sachs, and also spent three years in Russia as Co-Head of Russia/CIS. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He holds a B.A. from Yale University, and post graduate degrees in law (JD) and international affairs (MALD) from Harvard University and The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, respectively. 

Shemara joined Macquarie in 1987 in Macquarie Capital in Sydney.  In her time at Macquarie, Shemara has worked in six countries and across several business lines, establishing and leading Macquarie’s corporate advisory offices in New Zealand, Hong Kong and Malaysia, and the infrastructure funds management business in the US and Canada. Shemara has also served as Chair of the Macquarie Group Foundation. 

As Head of Macquarie Asset Management for 10 years before her appointment as CEO, Shemara led a team of 1,600 staff in 24 markets. Macquarie Asset Management grew to become a world-leading manager of infrastructure and real assets and a top 50 global public securities manager. 

Shemara sits on the World Bank’s Global Commission on Adaptation and was a founding CEO of the United Nations Climate Finance Leadership Initiative (CFLI). She currently leads emerging markets workstreams for CFLI and the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) and is a member of the Global Investors for Sustainable Development (GISD) Alliance. 

Before joining Macquarie, Shemara worked as a corporate lawyer at Blake Dawson Waldron in Sydney. She holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from UNSW and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1996.

For much of the past decade, Michael was critical to setting the strategy that transformed the company’s offerings from a consumer card-centric business to a platform supporting choice in how businesses, people and governments make payments. This strategy helped Mastercard diversify into new areas including real-time payments, open banking, digital identity and other value-added services.

His collaborative approach creates scalable and trusted solutions for the exchange of payments and data. Upon joining Mastercard in 2010, he helped shape the company’s financial inclusion efforts to deliver a commercially sustainable social impact.

Michael is a member of The Business Roundtable, The Business Council, the U.S.-India CEO Forum, the International Advisory Panel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and The International Business Council of the World Economic Forum. He serves on the board of directors of IBM, the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum, the Metropolitan Opera, the World Resources Institute and the American Red Cross. 

Prior to his current role, Mr. Kihara served as head of the Global Products Unit, overseeing services offered by the investment banking division.

Mr. Kihara has held several senior executive positions across Mizuho including in its: Strategic Planning Group, Financial Control & Accounting Group, Markets Strategic Intelligence Department, Global Finance, Global Markets Group, Financial Planning, Risk Management Division, and Syndicated Finance, among others.

He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Duke Law School and a Bachelor of Law degree from Hitotsubashi University.

In previous roles, Mr. Pick was Global Head of Sales and Trading, engineering a turnaround of the firm’s Fixed Income Division. As Head of Institutional Equities, he led that business to a leading global position. He also served as Head of Equity Capital Markets, helping the firm actively raise capital during the financial crisis. 

Mr. Pick joined Morgan Stanley in 1990 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2002. He is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee (2012), Management Committee (2008) and Morgan Stanley-MUFG Steering Committee (2013).

Mr. Pick graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Middlebury College (1990) and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School (1994). He is a Trustee at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (2018) and serves on the MET’s Nominating & Governance Committee. Mr. Pick is Chair of the Advisory Board for the Morgan Stanley Alliance for Children’s Mental Health. Additionally, he is a member of The Business Council, the Institute of International Finance, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore International Advisory Panel.

Hiro joined MUFG in 1986 and has been a pioneer in financial services, as well as an influential leader in crisis management, in a career marked by groundbreaking roles.

In 2014, he was appointed Deputy CEO of the Americas, based in New York, also assuming the region’s role of Chief Risk Officer and leading seminal risk-management enhancement projects. In 2016, Hiro returned to Tokyo to serve as Chief Data Officer; and later as Global Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Transformation Officer before his appointment as President & CEO of MUFG in April 2020.

Hiro earned a master’s degree in mathematics, from the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Tokyo in 1986.

Prior to becoming Group CEO in April 2020, Mr. Okuda served as Group Co-COO of Nomura Holdings and Deputy President of Nomura Securities from April 2018. He concurrently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nomura Holding America, a position he held from 2017 to 2019, together with his role as Head of Americas.

Mr Okuda joined Nomura in 1987. During his career at Nomura, he has held a number of senior positions with the firm, mainly within the Wholesale/Investment Banking business, including Global Head of Investment Banking and Joint Head of Wholesale, Global Head of M&A, and Head of TMT.

Mr Okuda also has management experience within corporate functions, having served as Head of Group Strategy and Executive Office, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the group’s corporate strategy.

Mr Okuda graduated from Keio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Steffen Meister has been with Partners Group since 2000 and served as Delegate of the Board from 2013 to 2018 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2013. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm’s portfolio company Hearthside Food Solutions. Steffen Meister is furthermore the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crossiety AG, a social media platform for local communities in Switzerland, and a member of the Board of Directors of FAIRTIQ AG, a company providing advanced travel payment solutions for the public transport sector.

Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Credit Suisse Financial Products and had assignments at Swiss Reinsurance Co. and the Department of Mathematics of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. He has 26 years of industry experience and holds a master's degree in mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Switzerland.

Anil has more than 30 years’ financial services experience, predominantly in Asia. Born and educated in Mumbai, he has lived and worked in India, Singapore, London, New York and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Prudential, Anil was CEO of Manulife Asia, where he spent five years growing the multi-channel organisation and transforming its highly diversified business with significant market share gains.

Anil also spent 25 years with Citigroup Inc in Asia Pacific, EMEA and the US in a number of consumer financial services roles. 

Throughout his career Anil has combined strategic vision and meticulous execution to drive the performance of leading companies. He has also led significant digital transformation, having overseen the modernisation of technology platforms in previous roles. 

Anil holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from the Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai.

From 2006, Thierry Léger assumed increasing responsibility for Swiss Re’s largest clients, ultimately becoming the Head of the newly-created Globals Division in 2010 and a member of the then existing Group Management Board. In 2013, Thierry Léger became Head of Life & Health Products Reinsurance. As of January 2016, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer Life Capital and member of the Swiss Re Executive Committee.

In September 2020, he assumed the role of Group Chief Underwriting Officer. He joined SCOR as Chief Executive Officer on May 1, 2023. Thierry Léger is married and is the father of three children.

Bill has had a distinguished career in banking, having spent 26 years with JP Morgan in diverse leadership roles, becoming co-Chief Executive Officer of the investment bank in 2004 until he stepped down in 2009. Bill was the only career banker to be invited to be a committee member of the Independent Commission on Banking, established by the UK government in 2010 to recommend ways to improve competition and financial stability in banking. Subsequently, he served as advisor to the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards and was asked by the Court of the Bank of England to complete an independent review of the bank’s liquidity operations. Bill founded the hedge fund Renshaw Bay in 2011 where he was Chairman and CEO until he stepped down from the company on appointment to the Standard Chartered PLC Board.

Bill is an independent non-executive director of Novartis International AG and a non-executive director of Pension Insurance Corporation plc.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Colgate University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of his duties at SMBC, Mr. Takashima has served twice as Chairman of the Japanese Bankers Association (April 2019 to March 2020, and July 2021 to June 2022). He has also served on the Institute of International Finance's Board of Directors (April 2017 to March 2023) and Executive Committee (October 2019 to March 2023). In May 2023, the Japan Business Federation appointed Mr. Takashima as Chair, Committee on Europe, and also appointed as Vice Chair and Chair of Committee on Financial and Capital Markets in May 2024.

Between 1987 and 2004, he held various positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the areas of equity derivatives and capital markets. He became Co-Head of Global Equity Markets and a member of the Executive Management Committee for Global Markets & Investment Banking in 2001.
