Description of project |
Under the TEDA Programme, you will be part of the Tech Products team that looks at the development of eLicensing portal. eLicensing is a business licensing portal for financial institutions. It aims to deliver a user-friendly and efficient licensing experience. Thus far, the citizen facing portal has been completed. Development is now shifting to the internal officer dashboard that aims to improve work efficiency. |
Expected deliverables for the project | As a Software Engineer (frontend), you will: - Work closely with product managers, UX designers, engineers to define and develop web application - Use React to translate product specifications into fully functional interfaces - Develop and manage well-functioning APIs - Build and maintain extensible front-end code - Build prototypes to demonstrate technology opportunities - Propose how to structure front end work - Have good eye for technical details in bridging the graphical design and technical feasibility - Be sensitive to the impact of front-end implementation to the users - Write production quality code, and - Learn and share knowledge in a multi-disciplinary team. |

Description of project |
Under the TEDA Programme, you will be part of an exciting production engineering team that is building and operating MAS's cloud based enterprise data science platform (EDSP). As a platform engineer, you are expected to support the initial setup of EDSP and Day 2 operations. In the process, you will gain knowledge of the latest technologies, get exposure to MAS environment and work closely with the data science community to onboard successful data science products to the EDSP. |
Expected deliverables for the project | - Support implementation of EDSP within GCC AWS - Support data scientists in MAS to onboard new products onto EDSP - Support enquiries relating to EDSP from MAS users - Support upgrade of EDSP to cater for growth |

Description of project |
Under the TEDA Programme, you will be supporting the analytics work to enhance MAS’ monitoring and supervision of the financial services industry in Singapore. You will be working with SSA’s software engineering team to help develop modules within MAS’ Surveillance & Centralised Analysis (SCAN) application, including the social media listening tool (SMLT), and/or news monitoring tool (NMT). Through this project, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. MAS’ supervisory teams, technology group) and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, FIs, foreign regulators) to ensure that deliverables are achieved. |

Under the TEDA Programme, you will be part of the team responsible to conduct and enhance market surveillance for MAS' foreign reserves portfolio. You will also work closely with portfolio managers and relevant stakeholders to translate business requirements into useful data insights to support and enhance investment risk and performance management of MAS' foreign reserves. You will gain an appreciation of the investment performance and risk management of MAS' foreign reserves and exposure to market developments while applying practicable data management solutions. |
