Form 10 is to be submitted online using the Corporations and Representatives System on MAS-Tx .

MAS-Tx is a centralised regulatory portal that consolidates transaction data from financial institutions across multiple MAS systems. It is operated by the Authority, which licensed financial advisers and exempt financial advisers under section 20(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) of the FAA must access to lodge the form.
