Form 27 - Notice of Change of Particulars by Persons Exempt from Holding a Financial Adviser's Licence under section 23(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), and (e)

Form for exempt financial advisers to notify MAS when there are changes to their particulars. The form is to be submitted no later than 14 days after the date of change.

Financial institutions should complete and submit the form online via MAS-Tx . After submission, FIs may view a record of their submission under "All Transactions" in MAS-Tx.
