Guidelines on Consumer Protection Measures by Digital Payment Token Service Providers under the Payment Services Act.
The aim of the Guidelines is to promote the adoption of sound and robust practices for digital payment token service providers. The Guidelines set out the expectations of MAS on the measures that a digital payment token service provider should have in place to address consumer protection risks.
