Notice issued under the Payment Services Act 2019 on regulated entities’ obligation to report suspicious activities and incidents of fraud.
This Notice sets out requirements for all payment service providers to report any suspicious activity or incident of fraud that will affect their safety, soundness or reputation. It also includes a form for reporting.
