Form 1 can alternatively be submitted via electronic mail to “AAP_Secretariat@mas.gov.sg” in a single password-protected zip file, stating the appellant’s contact numbers in the email. The Appeal Advisory Panel Secretariat will contact the appellant for the password. The file extension needs to be “.zip” and the appellant may use 7zip or winzip.
