At the Asian Financial Leaders Programme graduation dinner, Mr Alvin Tan, Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, and Board Member of MAS, announced the enhancements to the International Postings Programme (iPOST) and the Asian Financial Leaders Schemes (AFLS), to strengthen Singaporean leadership in the financial sector. 

He shared why financial leaders are important and what financial leaders can do in today’s operating environment, as well as how we can grow financial leaders.
