Launch of Financial Sector Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (AIDA) Talent Development Programme

The Financial Sector Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (AIDA) Talent Development Programme aims to increase the supply of AIDA talent to build deep AI capabilities in the financial sector. An AIDA Talent Consortium had been set up for key financial institutions and training institutions to collaborate on the talent development programme.

Talent Pavilion @SFF 2023

The Talent Pavilion , held in conjunction with SFF, showcased key jobs and skills in demand to support the development of the FinTech sector in Singapore. Resources to support upskilling and workforce transformation for financial professionals to develop digital skills and pivot to FinTech roles were featured. IBF Career Advisors were onsite to provide career coaching to those seeking job opportunities in the sector. Along with other prospective employers, MAS also shared job opportunities in our technology and data functions.
