Form 23 - Declaration by Persons Exempt from Holding a Financial Adviser's Licence under Regulation 27(1)(d)

Form for exempt financial advisers serving not more than 30 accredited investors to confirm their compliance with all exemption conditions and restrictions. The form is to be submitted within 14 days after the end of each financial year.

Financial institutions should complete and submit the form online via MAS-Tx . After submission, FIs may view a record of their submission under "All Transactions" in MAS-Tx.
