Form 28 - Notice of Cessation of Business by Persons Exempt from Holding a Financial Adviser's Licence under section 23(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), and (e)

Form for exempt financial advisers to notify MAS when they cease any or all of their financial advisory services. The form is to be submitted no later than 14 days after the cessation of that financial advisory service.

Financial institutions should complete and submit the form online via MAS-Tx . After submission, FIs may view a record of their submission under "All Transactions" in MAS-Tx.
