MAS issues Prohibition Orders against former representatives, Ms Goh Hui Bin and Mr Vijendren S/O Tanapal
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has issued Prohibition Orders (POs) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022 (FSMA) against Ms Goh Hui Bin and Mr Vijendren S/O Tanapal, both former representatives of DBS Bank Ltd (DBS), who were convicted of forgery offences. MAS has issued a 5-year PO against Ms Goh Hui Bin and a 4-year PO against Mr Vijendren S/O Tanapal.
