The MAS Cyber and Technology Resilience Experts (CTREX) Panel comprises global industry thought leaders, experts and practitioners in cybersecurity and technology resilience. The Panel advises MAS on strategies for MAS and financial institutions in Singapore to sustain resilience and trust in our financial system as we nurture a world class, innovative and technology-enabled financial sector.  

About the Panel

The Panel was established in 2024 to:

  • Provide global perspectives on the evolving technology risk and cyber threat landscape, and its implications for financial services.
  • Share best practices on cyber security and technology resilience strategies and approaches.
  • Recommend measures to enhance the cyber and technology resilience of Singapore’s financial sector.
  • Be the sounding board on cyber and technology resilience initiatives that MAS intends to pursue.
