Young Talent Programme for AI in Finance (YTP-AIF)

The YTP-AIF, launched by IBF and supported by MAS, equips students with in-demand applied AI and financial sector skills. Participants will attend masterclasses co-developed by SMU, NTU, and industry partners and work on industry problem statements, with strong performers progressing to MAS co-funded work attachments at financial institutions.

As a pre-graduation initiative, YTP-AIF strengthens the education-to-work bridge, accelerating young talent’s readiness for higher-value work upon graduation as entry-level roles evolve with increasing AI adoption.

MAS and IBF have also worked with 20 FIs to offer over 1000 internship and traineeship places to both polytechnic and university talent over the next year, complementing existing support for FIs to hire and train fresh graduates.
